We have a mover and a teether

This past week has been a long week for us. Caleb is full blown teething, and he is fighting it all the way. Sunday night we had quite a scare...Caleb woke up and was crying (parents you know the difference in their cries) a cry that was the scared/hurt cry. Michael and I go flying in there and he is so upset. I pick him up, rock him and we leave. About 15 minutes later, same thing -- he was crying uncontrollably. This time Michael takes him and he finally calms down. About that time I look down and my shoulder is covered in blood. Michael has blood all over his arm as well. We frantically start looking for the source of he blood, and we find it is Caleb's ear. It is covered!!!! We start wiping away all the blood to find that he had scratched himself and had a nice little cut. Needless to say we freaked out and were happy to find just a cut. Monday Michael took him to the doctor (we were thinking ears), and he is fine. No infections. The doctor said that sometimes when a baby is teething they don't know where the pain is coming from, so they just grab. This is obviously what Caleb did. Finally a few days later 2 bottom teeth popped through!!! YEA! I can't believe my baby has teeth! Here is a pic of the teeth -- bare with me -- I know it isn't great, but it was the best I could get.

This morning we saw 2 more teeth -- let's hope these 2 don't take their time coming in, and Caleb doesn't fight these!!! Wishful thinking, maybe?!

We had also had another big milestone this week with Caleb. HE IS OFFICIALLY MOBILE! He has been rocking and scooting for a while now, but he is now crawling like a mad man. He is fast! We are also in the process of baby proofing the house -- he loves cords!!! Here are some pics of our little crawler...

going after daddy...

I got him!!!

I already love golf!!

One last picture I want to share. Can you tell I am just a little proud?!!
